Key Responsibilities:- Conduct sample collection and perform inspections on dry vans and bulk hopper trailers.
- Efficiently load and unload materials while ensuring the upkeep of production machinery for optimal performance.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various roles such as Unloader, Loader, Mixer, Float, and Captain to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
Adherence to safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies is paramount, with a strong emphasis on maintaining cleanliness and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Capability to lift 50 pounds frequently from floor to waist.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds from waist to crown.
- Ability to shovel and toss up to 50 pounds of animal protein.
- Frequent climbing of ladders and navigating multiple flights of stairs.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to push or pull weights up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to kneel, crouch, or bend as required.
- Willingness to work overhead and in varying temperature conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated punctuality and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Capability to work in confined spaces and safely at heights.
