The Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nephrology care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in a hospital setting. This role involves delivering hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis while working as part of an interdisciplinary team. DaVita offers comprehensive training and benefits, supporting nurses in their mission to improve patient health outcomes.
This position requires no experience in dialysis. Training may take place in a facility or a training facility other than your assigned home facility. You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Be a part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
- Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
You will work with your head, heart, and hands each day in a fast-paced environment. This role allows you to deliver specialty nephrology care within a variety of settings (ICU, CCU, ED, and more). DaVita's Inpatient Dialysis Program is Joint Commission Accredited.
We offer a competitive salary, around $83,400 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. Our total rewards package includes a 401(k) match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits.
