Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit new business opportunities through various lead sources and develop referral partnerships with other professionals.
  • Evaluate client needs and provide professional recommendations for insurance policies.
  • Educate potential clients on the importance of having proper insurance coverage and develop a strong understanding of their needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and consistently deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a commissioned sales role, with a strong desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably with Allstate, is highly preferred.
