Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current Alaska LPN licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation.
