Product Manager Job Description

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and launch of innovative healthcare products. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating the business and product plan, articulating the product strategy, and overseeing the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the product roadmap and prioritization process, including defining deliverables and sprint planning.
  • Direct product management activities to meet business, market segmentation, and financial goals.
  • Produce product requirements and interface with marketing, UX, engineering, and category management teams.
  • Understand target markets and primary user needs for products.
  • Synthesize business requirements from multiple sources, including customer segments, healthcare product experts, brokers, and sales teams.
  • Define feature sets and business requirements, focusing on measures of success and product roadmap.
  • Contribute to long-term product vision.
  • May conduct market research by working with internal teams and visiting customers and other relevant companies.
  • Manage product lifecycles from planning to tactical activities and cross-company go-to-market planning.
  • Specify product requirements in the form of functional requirements, user stories, wireframes, and objectives.
  • Define and drive solutions across all departments, including development of company-wide go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and deploy strategies for improving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Write accurate and useful functional specifications for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure all issues are identified, reported, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven record of creating successful products based on a balance of user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Concrete experience managing complex products (preferably in healthcare) through a product development lifecycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead teams and build effective working relationships with individuals and groups at all levels.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including effective planning, organizing, and administration of multi-functional work responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize features and enhancements, and are data-driven and a student of test-driven development.
