Position Overview:
- The Nursing department is seeking Registered Nurses to provide direct care for individuals receiving behavioral health treatment in an inpatient environment. Responsibilities include delivering professional nursing services such as nursing assessments, care planning, interventions, health education, case management, and administering prescribed medications and treatments.
Employment Type and Compensation:
- Full-time positions available
- Hourly pay rates: Level III - $36.77/hr, Level II - $34.85/hr, Level I - $33.65/hr
- Shift differentials of $3.00/hr for evening, night, weekend, or holiday shifts
- Typical working hours include: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm; 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm; and 10:45 pm - 6:45 am
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- Department: Nursing

Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 3: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license or an Associate degree in Nursing with two years of professional nursing experience or three years of LPN experience in psychiatric nursing.
- Level 2: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license or an Associate degree in Nursing with one year of professional nursing experience or two years of LPN experience in psychiatric nursing.
- Level 1: Associate degree in Nursing and a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license.
Special Requirements:
- Applicants must successfully pass an OSBI background check.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as required by the position.
- Conditional employment offers will require a physical examination, including the ability to lift/carry 50 pounds and push/pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.
