About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams. Your expertise in vaccines and ability to navigate complex healthcare systems will be invaluable assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Partnership Development: Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and government agencies.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize sales strategies and improve results.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders. Proficiency in market analysis and sales strategy development.

Compensation:

The annual base salary for this position is $127,300 - $256,700, with additional quarterly Sales Incentive bonuses. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.
