Job Title: Field Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be responsible for connecting with customers and providing them with customized, white-glove experiences. You will be the face and voice of AT&T, and will have the autonomy to organize your day to meet customers at the time and place that enhances the personalized sales interactions you create.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Close deals by offering hands-on demos, WiFi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions
  • Use strong negotiation and communication skills to make a smooth pivot and achieve sales goals
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and use the company-provided vehicle to meet customers
  • Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customers on their timeline
Requirements:
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
  • Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and use the company-provided vehicle

Compensation:

Base salary: $40,300 - $49,972 per year

Commission potential: up to $20,000 per year

Total compensation: up to $71,029 per year
