Position Overview
Role Description
Team Dynamics
At FreeWheel, we embrace an innovative and collaborative ethos, delivering top-tier services and forward-thinking business solutions for the media sector. This role is situated within FreeWheel, a Comcast Company, focusing on Beeswax, our Demand Side Platform (DSP).
Position Responsibilities

Your success will be measured by your ability to guide clients through their trial period, converting them into long-term customers who utilize our platform extensively. Additionally, you will engage with existing clients seeking to implement new, intricate features requiring specialized technical knowledge. You will collaborate as part of a global team, adaptable to global, regional, and local opportunities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly comprehend customers' technical specifications and design sophisticated technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales on pre-sales initiatives, gathering customer technical and business KPIs, and establishing success criteria for engagements.
- Create and implement tailored onboarding strategies to enhance customer spending on the platform.
- Scope, configure, test, and deliver our bidder and DSP software solutions, necessitating a level of technical proficiency and understanding, utilizing skills such as SQL and API management.
- Establish trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, particularly in Ad Operations, engineering, data science, and product roles.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) on the Beeswax platform for both clients and internal teams.
- Provide continuous feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap initiatives.
- Delve into troubleshooting customer challenges and manage more complex issues that may require product and engineering resources until resolution.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a technical customer-facing or support role within the AdTech industry.
- Strong grasp of real-time bidding and programmatic advertising, particularly concerning the objectives and mechanics of demand-side media agencies and advertisers.
- Client-focused, with exceptional communication skills to engage technical and business-minded stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with our software, configuring functionalities and manipulating data to meet client requirements.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical proficiency in SQL and APIs, with a foundational understanding of HTML and JavaScript preferred.

- Collaborate effectively - achieve significant outcomes by working together and being receptive to new ideas.
- Engage actively in the Net Promoter System - a framework that integrates more employee and customer feedback into the organization - by participating in discussions, making follow-up calls, and helping us identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive results and foster growth.
