Job Summary

Emerge is seeking a skilled CNC Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Erie, PA. As a key member of our client's manufacturing team, you will be responsible for generating and updating shop floor documentation, including manufacturing work instructions and CNC set-up sheets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of shop floor documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
  • Conduct inspections and verifications of manufactured products, utilizing blueprints to set up processes and work instructions.
  • Perform manufacturing calculations to ensure products meet customer standards, working closely with the manufacturing team and plant manager to resolve any issues.
Requirements
  • An associate degree in Engineer Technology and 5 years of CNC machining experience, or a BS in Engineering with a strong understanding of CNC manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, technical writing, and EIA machine tool code.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to meet ITAR Regulations and pass background checks and drug screenings.
