  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, pricing, delivery, and credit issues.

  • Manage customer records, including orders, acknowledgments, contacts, and reports.
  • Enter customer orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and meeting customer requirement dates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and communicate any discrepancies or issues.
  • Monitor and track order status, escalating any discrepancies.
  • Attend relevant plant meetings and handle customer complaints, beginning the CCN process and entering complaints into the PQM system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in automotive sales or manufacturing sales.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
