About HDC MidAtlantic
We own and/or manage over 3,000 apartments, providing housing that is safe and affordable to those with lower incomes, focusing on seniors, families, and individuals living with disabilities.
We serve nearly 4,000 residents in 55 communities located in urban, suburban, and rural areas across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.
About the Role
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing minor to medium-sized repairs in apartments and on property, maintaining the cleanliness of the property inside and outside, preparing units for new move-ins, and maintaining and completing a preventative maintenance program.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field, basic knowledge in cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, boilers, and HVAC, and basic knowledge using hand and power tools.
