Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist

About the Role
The Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse management systems. This includes identifying and resolving operational concerns, performing routine maintenance on hardware and software, and coordinating with third-party vendors as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring WMS operating systems to ensure 24/7 system availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues with WMS systems and hardware
- Collaborate with the Systems & Industrial Engineer to perform job scheduling duties
- Train warehouse workers on proper use of hardware and software
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience in Computer Science or IT preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions when necessary
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $20-$22 per hour, plus shift differential. Our company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
