At J. Alexander's Restaurants, we're seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee the entire operations of our kitchen. This key role requires a thorough understanding of food service and execution, as well as strong leadership and team-building skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens with a focus on execution and plate presentation. A bachelor's degree or culinary degree is preferred, but not required.

As a Kitchen Manager at J. Alexander's, you'll be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, ensuring the kitchen area meets health and safety requirements, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. You'll also be expected to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate kitchen activities to meet daily goals and objectives.

We offer a comprehensive training program for our Kitchen Managers, including a 10-week hands-on rotational training program. You'll work alongside our first-class culinary and service professionals to develop your skills and knowledge.
