Baylor Scott & White Health is actively seeking a board certified or board eligible physician specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology to become part of a distinguished OB/GYN program. The selected physician will engage in direct patient care within a supportive environment. This is a full-time employed role offering a competitive compensation package, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Position Highlights:

  • A collaborative team of 35 physicians in the department across the region, including 4 OBGYN specialists, 11 subspecialists, and 2 full-time Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Access to a variety of OBGYN Sub-specialists, including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Reproductive Endocrinology, Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, Gynecologic Oncology, and Pediatric & Adolescent Gynecology.
  • A balanced practice with a 50/50 mix of obstetrics and gynecology.
  • Opportunities to engage in robotic-assisted surgeries.
  • A manageable patient load averaging 20 to 24 patients per day.
  • Involvement in educational activities such as lectures, grand rounds, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Mentorship opportunities with OBGYN residents and medical students.
  • A favorable call schedule of 1:10.

Shift/Schedule: Full-time

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate Degree in Medicine.
  • Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board.
  • Current board certification in the specialty or eligibility for board certification by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists.
