Lending Services Post Booking Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Post Booking Quality Control Manager to join our Lending Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing functions and technical processes within Lending Services pertaining to auditing and reviewing documents for receipt, accuracy, and completion.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure customers experience minimal impact due to errors in documentation after the account has been set up on the servicing system.
- Plan, direct, oversee, and lead work groups of people in multiple locations.
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met with regards to documentation audits and reviews.
- Develop and implement new processes and standards for performance.
- Manage relationships with areas that interface with the department.
- Represent the team in various meetings.
- 5-7 years of experience in lending operations or related field and 3-5 years of leadership experience required.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Experience in managing remote teams preferred.
