Key Responsibilities- Event Management: Plan and manage event logistics, vendor management, and on-site activities to ensure events run smoothly and effectively communicate our brand message.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for the Chief Revenue Officer, including calendaring and correspondence, and for marketing initiatives, including monthly KPI reporting, conducting ad hoc research, and testing new marketing channels and tactics.
- Marketing Program Support: Collaborate with product teams, sales teams, marketing teams, and external partners to support and execute marketing programs that support mutual goals. Ensure these programs contribute to brand awareness and lead generation.
- Social Media Management: Work with the Content Marketer to create and execute a social media calendar that increases engagement and brand awareness across LinkedIn and X.
- Product: Enigma's product is powered by highly differentiated, sought-after data, used to build accurate profiles of the identities, firmographics, and financial health of millions of businesses in the U.S.
- Timing: You will be joining Enigma at a time of rapid innovation in the GTM organization.
- People: The GTM team is highly collaborative (and fun), and the company embodies a people-first culture.
- 2-4+ years of experience in a marketing or sales role.
- Experience creating professional social media content and event management.
- Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a creative mindset.
- Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, detail-oriented, and a customer-first mentality.
