As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will take charge of the Pen Assembly and Visual Inspection teams, ensuring that production workflows are executed efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, facilitating shift meetings, tracking productivity metrics, and overseeing workforce requirements. You will also be instrumental in training personnel, detecting quality concerns, and aiding in various manufacturing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Pen Assembly and Visual Inspection teams to optimize production efficiency.
- Develop and manage daily work schedules and conduct regular team meetings.
- Monitor team performance and productivity levels to ensure operational excellence.
- Identify and address quality issues promptly to maintain high standards.
- Support the training and development of team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in cGMP production environments.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent writing and documentation capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Pen Assembly and Visual Inspection processes.
Work Schedule: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday
