About the Job

Cooling Towers LLC is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining cooling towers, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain cooling towers, including fabrication, canvas bag use, and structural inspection.
  • Use fixed ladders, employee fit for work, and 3 & 5 point tie off procedures safely and efficiently.
  • Install temporary plywood cold water basin covers, lifelines, and tools, and perform mechanical inspections.
  • Assist in the installation of drift eliminators, structure, louvers, stairways, ladders, fan decks, handrails, and fan stacks.
  • Perform hot water / cold water basin maintenance and cutting fan deck radius and installing bridging.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
