Position Summary:

As a Base Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional arrival experience for our guests. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities throughout the day, contributing to outstanding service and seamless resort operations.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Compensation: $21.36 per hour.
  • Availability: Full-time and part-time shifts offered.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all base area operations, which may include tasks such as parking management, ticket scanning, and grounds upkeep (including snow removal during winter).
  • Serve as a versatile workforce for various projects and events.
  • Perform janitorial tasks.
  • Complete other assigned duties as necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal and team safety.
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor seasonal conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capable of standing and performing physical tasks consistently.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

A Base Operations Specialist is a flexible team member who may work across multiple departments and roles to support the unified resort approach, which could include:
