About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Execution Administrator III to join our Capital Markets Group at a Fortune 100 Financial Services company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the foreign exchange (FX) trading process, managing customer data points, settlement instructions, and final onboarding approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the FX trading process within Capital Markets Group, ensuring seamless execution of customer transactions.
- Manage customer data points, settlement instructions, and final onboarding approvals, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Contribute to daily operations, including the onboarding of new customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Input and curate details into our front-end web-based application, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Capital markets experience, specifically in foreign exchange and capital markets.
- Experience managing customer settlement instruction data, including wires and settlements.
- Settlement instruction management and experience are highly appreciated.
- Proficiency in MS applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Experience in customer data management, customer onboarding, and management of customer-related data points.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with the DTCC platform.
- Knowledge of FX confirmation platforms, including FXall, Bloomberg, GTSS, Nexus, and Calypso.
Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of management and business teams.
