Position Overview

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time employment
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage professionally with patients and healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve clinic objectives
  • Educate patients about their hearing challenges and demonstrate empathy in enhancing their quality of life
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of various hearing aid technologies and accessories
  • Organize outreach initiatives and marketing efforts to promote practice growth

Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Audiology is required
  • Comprehensive understanding of hearing aid products and services
  • At least one year of experience in fitting and dispensing hearing devices while providing patient care
  • A genuine passion for improving patients' hearing abilities
  • Expertise in guiding patients through the selection of amplification options and providing follow-up care
  • Preference for candidates willing to cover multiple clinic locations

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range of $70,000 - $85,000
  • 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) granted annually
  • 80 hours of Sick & Safe time each year
