Birmingham Green Health Center for Comm Cnts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Supervise and direct the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Medical Aides.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Virginia.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- One year of experience in a long-term care setting or related field.
- Ability to lift and move residents with or without assistance.
