Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service during the check-in and checkout process
  • Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and providing accurate time estimates for next steps
  • Help set up and repair technology devices for customers
  • Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers
  • Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents
What We're Looking For:
  • 3 months of experience in retail or customer service
  • Passion for technology and desire to solve problems
  • Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including holidays, nights, and weekends
