- Monitor server performance and application issues, implementing fixes to reduce downtime.
- Offer technical support for workstations, including those operating on Japanese systems.
- Operate peripheral equipment and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise.
- Document problems and resolutions, including downtime and corrective actions taken.
- Oversee the replacement schedule for PCs, notebooks, printers, and other peripherals.
- Assist business users with mobile device setups and support remote users with VPN connectivity.
- Monitor ERP system batch jobs and address any issues that may occur.
- Collaborate with programmers to resolve application-related problems.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the computer and printer rooms.
- Recommend improvements to enhance computer operating efficiency.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure system mirroring is functioning correctly.
- Maintain department records and provide application support for various business systems.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to business applications and reporting systems.
