Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Inpatient team at Yale New Haven Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a culture of excellence and compassion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to cardiac inpatients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Connecticut.
  • BSN degree or equivalent experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
