Job Summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join our Cardiology team at Yale New Haven Hospital. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will provide direct care to patients in the inpatient setting, collaborating with licensed physicians to evaluate, plan, and manage general cardiology patients.

Responsibilities

Participate in the evaluation, plan, and management of general cardiology patients
Interpret diagnostic tests and results, and communicate with families and other medical professionals
Collaborate with licensed physicians to provide direct care to patients
Admit and discharge patients, and perform daily progress notes and patient rounding

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or APRN Program
Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, in the state of Connecticut
ACLS certification
Experience in cardiology preferred but not required
