Job SummaryThis Administrative Coordinator II PRN position provides administrative and clerical support to our Department of Hospital Medicine. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the department, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and other electronic records
- Communicating effectively with patients, clinical leaders, and coworkers
- Managing electronic files and ensuring timely completion of departmental tasks
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
This position requires:
- Ability to work rotating weekends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining electronic records
