Job Title: Sales Talent Acquisition Manager

Formerra LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role requires a candidate who can develop and execute effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with 2-5 years of experience in distribution, manufacturing, or related fields. A bachelor's degree in business is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
