Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Cash Management team within Corporate Banking. This individual will perform business analysis of client and business requirements, working closely with cross-functional agile teams to design and implement solutions that support our Cash Management Initiative. The successful candidate will have strong business and data analysis skills, with the ability to put the customer at the forefront of all work delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve conflicts within and between functional areas and implement changes where appropriate.
  • Collaborate to define and design scope for each program epic and feature.
  • Perform analysis and design around business requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure client perspective and input is leveraged in design of analytics developed for client use.
  • Review use cases and stories around enhancements for application changes.
  • Work within cross-functional agile teams with developers, product owners, and testers.
  • Help define acceptance criteria and scope of feature testing.
  • Document and write business stories, define interface requirements, workflows, and presentations.

  • Ability to write and communicate requirements to business and technology partners.
  • Ability to influence people outside the immediate span of control, including business users, other staff, and vendors.
  • Experience working in an environment where adherence to banking compliance and regulatory standards is essential.
