Responsibilities
  • Log requests for off-sites and diagnostic studies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist nursing and other staff in issuing and tracking minor medical equipment, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Collect and analyze data from ER logs, segregation logs, and other sources to inform monthly quality improvement reporting.
  • Coordinate scheduling of on-site specialty appointments, ensuring timely and efficient patient care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, taking messages, and making calls as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including rosters and appointment books.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance requirements.
  • Background check, security clearance, and drug screening required.
