Responsibilities- Log requests for off-sites and diagnostic studies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist nursing and other staff in issuing and tracking minor medical equipment, ensuring seamless patient care.
- Collect and analyze data from ER logs, segregation logs, and other sources to inform monthly quality improvement reporting.
- Coordinate scheduling of on-site specialty appointments, ensuring timely and efficient patient care.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, taking messages, and making calls as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including rosters and appointment books.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One year of experience in a healthcare environment.
- Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance requirements.
- Background check, security clearance, and drug screening required.
