Job Summary
GovCIO is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist II to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for administering various human resources plans and programs, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development, and the performance management process.
Key Responsibilities
Administer employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development, and performance management programs
Handle employee relations investigations and counseling
Assist in the design and implementation of total compensation programs
Draft policies and procedures in accordance with government regulations, company culture, and best practices
Analyze current benefits, evaluate usage, services, coverage, effectiveness, cost, plan experience, and competitive trends in benefits programs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field
Ability to maintain a public trust clearance
