Bartlett Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist - Recruiter to support the organization's HR objectives. The successful candidate will perform professional work that requires analytical skill, knowledge of human resource management principles, and the exercise of independent judgment and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with facility department directors to research, develop, and implement effective recruitment and staffing strategies.
  • Identify and leverage online recruiting resources to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One (1) year of professional level human resources experience; OR two years of administrative experience of which a substantial part of the duties involved human resources work.
  • Preferred Experience: Human resources experience in healthcare, labor relations experience.
  • Preferred Certification(s): IPMA-SCP or SHRM-SCP certification.

Internal Hires: Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms.
