Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise mental health direct care technicians in providing direct services to individuals residing at our facility.
  • Provide and manage the delivery of direct supports responsive to the choices, personal goals, preferences, and needs of individuals with disabilities.
  • Promote positive staff relations and teamwork through effective leadership, communication, and staff development.
  • Supervise staff, demonstrate skills, and provide effective feedback.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery and program development.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor services, training objectives, and programs to support personal outcomes.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in direct care.
  • Education in human services, education, or healthcare.
  • Valid Kansas driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a law enforcement security clearance and a drug screening test.
