Explosives Supervisor

We're seeking a skilled Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift Explosives team. As a key member of our production team, you'll supervise and coordinate activities to ensure efficient and safe operation of our ammunition production lines.

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to load, assemble, and pack ammunition or other components
• Instruct and monitor operators for compliance with SOPs and TDP requirements
• Train and direct employees in collecting, transporting, storing, treating, disposing, and handling hazardous waste
• Plan and schedule work to maximize employee and equipment utilization
• Enforce safety rules, regulations, and procedures, and promote safe work habits

• High School or GED
• 2+ years of supervisory and management training
• Working knowledge of computers, including entry and retrieval of information
• Knowledge of establishing and maintaining accountable records
• Regularly exercises initiative, discretion, and independent judgment

This role requires the ability to perform physical and mental tasks, including visual acuity, balancing, stooping, reaching, lifting, walking, and repetitive motion. You must be able to wear a mask, respirator, bulletproof vest, or other equipment, and work in a fast-paced environment.
