Job Title: Software Application Developer

We are seeking a skilled Software Application Developer to join our team at Peraton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing database driven applications in a client/server environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, document, and deploy database changes to support application requirements
  • Utilize software development tools to design and code application software using Object Oriented Methodology and principles
  • Develop and interpret database model diagrams to implement sound business logic
  • Collaborate with internal personnel and outside customer representatives at various management levels concerning operations or scheduling or specific phases of projects or contracts
  • Conduct briefings and participate in technical meetings for internal or external representatives concerning specifics operations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree with 5+ years related work experience, master's degree with 3+ years related work experience, or high school diploma/equivalent with 9+ years related work experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Proficiency in coding using Visual C++/C#, Windows.Net Framework, HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery, and TSQL in a Microsoft SQL Server environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Developer Studio 2010/2013/2015, Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012, Microsoft Internet Information Server, Microsoft Professional Office Suite, and Windows Server 2008/2012
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lean Six Sigma and ISO 9001 experience or training
Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects

Physical activity may include reaching, walking, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion

Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures

Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000

This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
