Job Description
CharterCARE Health Partners is seeking a skilled Account Receivables Specialist to join our team. As an Account Receivables Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling accounts receivable, investigating and resolving payment discrepancies, and communicating with patients and healthcare providers. You will work closely with our billing supervisor to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is looking to advance their career in medical billing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing and reconciling accounts receivable
  • Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
  • Communicating with patients and healthcare providers

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of two years' experience in a fast-paced medical office, billing service, or physician practice environment. Adeptness in all aspects of third-party billing is also required. Multi-specialty billing experience is preferred.

Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
