Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily facilities requests (repairs/Handy-Man work)
  • Oversee landscape maintenance and pest control
  • Keep documents of inspections and problems
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff
  • Repair or replace broken equipment parts
Qualifications:
  • Construction skills such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and welding
  • Administrative skills for ordering supplies, handling records and scheduling maintenance
  • Basic computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication for discussing maintenance issues
Education and Experience:
  • 2+ years' experience preferred in commercial facilities maintenance, or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and excellent communication skills are required
What's in this for you:
  • Monday-Friday Schedule +OT
  • Pay rate $25.00 an hour
  • Weekly Pay – you receive a paycheck every week (Friday)
