Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Western Digital. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on mechanical equipment and building systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs on mechanical equipment, including compressors, air dryers, and process cooling water systems.
  • Inspect major systems and identify operating problems, perform minor troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
  • Perform rounds and readings to ensure equipment is operating normally.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts for the site.
  • Must wear ANSI safety shoes and personal protective equipment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
  • Ability to use hand tools, meters, and other maintenance-related tools and equipment.
  • Ability to use Corporate software systems, including Microsoft 365 software suites and building management software.
