Your Role
We are in search of an enthusiastic Client Relations Coordinator/Legal Support Specialist who will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a friendly and professional welcome. This position is ideal for someone who possesses a genuine passion for helping others and has the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, emphasizing professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Advocacy: Deliver exceptional customer service and act as an advocate for clients while coordinating with third parties as directed by legal professionals.
    1. Engage with clients as instructed
    2. Communicate with external parties such as medical providers and insurance representatives on behalf of clients
  2. Task Management: Ensure that all assignments from legal professionals are executed promptly and accurately.
    1. Accurately input data into the Case Management System (CMS)
    2. Organize and file all relevant documents
    3. Draft and manage correspondence and supporting documents
    4. Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents
    5. Support discovery processes, including drafting and scheduling
    6. Contribute to trial preparation by assembling necessary materials
    7. Track case-related expenses and manage entries in the CMS
  3. Support for Legal Teams: Provide timely assistance to attorneys and paralegals as needed.
    1. Respond promptly to tasks assigned by legal staff
    2. Complete all tasks outlined in the CMS Matter Plan

Essential Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
