Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing public sector projects, including libraries, community centers, fire stations, and civic centers. If you are a technically oriented professional with experience in construction, architecture, and/or engineering, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Represent clients and stakeholders in project meetings and coordination
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Manage cost controls, including pay application and change order reviews
  • Coordinate schedule controls and enforce project timelines
  • Ensure quality assurance through inspections, testing, and coordination with utilities and environmental teams
  • Assist with marketing and business development as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of experience in project management, construction administration, or a related field
  • Experience with public works projects and/or healthcare projects
  • Ground-up vertical construction experience for projects over $10M
  • Degree in architecture, engineering, or construction administration/management, or equivalent experience
  • Technical skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera, Bluebeam, Prolog, CAD, and Revit
