**Requirements:**

* College degree preferred, but high school diploma or equivalency required
* Professional Designation is a plus
* Strong understanding of sales process and ability to influence others is necessary
* Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written

* Should have at least 5 years of insurance experience with good understanding of multi-line commercial insurance contract and coverages
* Should possess an understanding of negotiation process
* Property Casualty Agent's License required
