Electrical Systems Integration Lead

At Terran Orbital Corporation, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Integration Lead to join our team. As a key member of our spacecraft engineering team, you will be responsible for managing the electrical integration team and contributing to the development of innovative spacecraft solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of electrical integration engineers to ensure efficient development and vehicle maturation.
  • Develop people, processes, and tools to support spacecraft electrical integration.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team, monitor program progress, and lead the identification and resolution of technical and integration issues.
  • Review and approve the work of the electrical integration team to ensure accuracy, compliance with technical specifications, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Engage with other departments to ensure efficient collaboration and successful, timely integration of systems.
Requirements:
  • BS or MS in an Engineering discipline or equivalent degree.
  • 5+ years of functional management experience.
  • Experience with system integration, test procedure development, and execution.
  • Experience in electrical system architecture definition and design.
  • Ability to interpret wire harness requirements and create, draw, and release schematics and wire list data packages.
  • Hands-on experience with wire harness manufacture and installation for space applications.
