Position Overview:

As a pivotal member of our team, your technical acumen will be instrumental in enhancing the technological framework that supports critical operations. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in systems or network administration to spearhead our digital solutions initiatives. Your role will involve leading a team dedicated to systems delivery, with a focus on innovative Cross Domain solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your 4+ years of experience in systems administration or solutions architecture to drive project success.
  • Oversee systems delivery or digital solutions projects, ensuring high standards of performance and reliability.
  • Leverage your expertise in Linux Systems Administration, particularly with RHEL 7 or RHEL 9, to optimize architectural design and operational sustainability.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of network infrastructure, utilizing the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Provide insightful analysis of network performance, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Capability to achieve DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Compliance Certification within 60 days of employment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Cross Domain Solutions such as Forcepoint High-Speed Guards and OWL Diodes.
  • Experience in designing and implementing network security components, including firewalls and VPNs.
  • Knowledge of data flow engineering and operations.
  • Proficiency with VMWare ESXi and related technologies.
  • Experience in customizing Linux Operating systems through Kickstart or PXE.
  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools like Chef, Terraform, or Ansible.
  • Current DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Compliance Certification.
