Job Summary:This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, education, and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to individuals with high-risk cancer, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient education and counseling to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
- Current RN license and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in acute care settings.
- Full prescriptive authority within two years of employment.
- Basic Life Support certification.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm/5:00 pm. No weekends, holidays, or call shifts are required.
