Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate High Risk Oncology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-risk cancer patients and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality patient care to high-risk cancer patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients

Requirements:

- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Current RN license and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience working with high-risk cancer patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
