1. **Shift Management:**
- Must be available for 2nd shift hours from 3 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Ensure reliable transportation for timely attendance.

2. **Team Leadership:**
- Act as a leader in safety practices within the assigned work area.
- Provide training to all staff on safety protocols and equipment usage.
- Address safety concerns and provide necessary personal protective equipment.

3. **Training and Development:**
- Deliver on-the-job training for new hires covering all aspects of their roles.
- Conduct ongoing training for existing employees using coaching techniques.

4. **Resource Management:**
- Collaborate with management to maintain adequate supplies of cleaning products and equipment.
- Communicate effectively regarding work orders and operational requests.

5. **Emergency Response Coordination:**
- Assist in managing building emergencies, including clean-up and maintenance operations.
