Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Meeting Manager to join our team at Fairmont Dallas. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who is passionate about providing outstanding service and exceeding guest expectations.

About the Role

The Executive Meeting Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing high-profile events and meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed performance targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
  • Coordinating event details, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other logistical arrangements
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, using CRM systems to track client interactions and event progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, sales, or a related field
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
