We are seeking an experienced Material Inventory Coordinator to join our team in a critical role that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting data from customer stock lists into our inventory management system, generating quotes and fabrication paperwork, and ensuring all documents and files are accurate and thorough.

This position may require working alternate hours or weekends to meet customer installation requirements.

We offer a competitive salary range of $36,000 - $40,000 per year, plus 10% bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and employee assistance programs.

Additionally, you can expect paid time off, paid holidays, a retirement savings plan with company match, and life insurance products for you and your family.

$18-$20 per hour, plus 10% bonus potential, translates to an estimated annual salary of $37,440 - $41,600 based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks of work per year.
