Job Title: ADAIR Flight Operations Site Manager

Job Summary:

Tactical Air Support is seeking an experienced Flight Operations Site Manager to oversee the safe and effective operation of company-owned aircraft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fighter/attack/trainer aircraft flight and tactical experience, with a minimum of 1000 hours of flight time and 5 years of tactical recency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple roles and projects, prioritizing workload to maintain schedules, deadlines, and standards.
  • Oversee the operation of company-owned aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Travel to various work sites throughout the U.S. as required.
  • Collaborate with the Director of AF Programs to ensure the success of the contract program.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Requisite fighter/attack/trainer aircraft flight and tactical experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and projects
  • Ability to cross-train into other aircraft
  • Valid state driver's license
  • U.S. Citizenship with a current DoD Secret security clearance or higher

Desired Experience/Skills:

  • Weapon School Graduate or DoD Adversary Squadron experience
  • Squadron, Group, or Wing Command experience

Work Environment:

  • Occasional aircraft hangar or warehouse environment with exposure to loud noises, fumes from engines and chemicals, unpredictable climate, and electrical shock
  • May be exposed to or required to handle hazardous materials
  • Specific work hours determined by operational, departmental, or contractual requirements
